Michael R. Callahan
Director & Principal
With extensive business ownership, management and operating experience in Asia,
North America and South America. Mr. Callahan understands the challenge for High
Risk Personal conducting business overseas from a senior management perspective.
In addition to serving on the boards of three companies, he has successfully
built and operated several global import / export and corporate transportation
services worldwide.
Additionally, Mr. Callahan has built sales and distribution networks for products as diverse as telecommunications services, automotive products and high fashion garments throughout Asia, North America and South America.
Mr. Callahan is a graduate of
two formal shooting schools as well as several protective driving and motorcade
operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration
from Southeast Missouri State University.
Donald E. Rosche
Director of Training
Mr. Roshe is a graduate of nine formal shooting schools and four firearms instructor schools. He has attended numerous specialized training courses in the areas of surveillance detection, evasive and offensive driving, VIP escort and security, and in-extremis hostage rescue operations.
As a Marine, Don has been involved in training firearms instructors, select teams, and individuals from the DEA, FBI, US Secret Service, US Department of State, US Marshal's Service, US Naval Investigative Service, FAA Sky Marshals, US Customs, numerous police department SWAT teams, US Army Special Forces, US Navy SEAL's, US Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance, and US Military Defense Attachés, worldwide.
Mr. Roshe holds an undergraduate degree from Averett College and also earned a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Central Michigan University in 1996.
Jeff McCaskill
Associate Director of Training of Latin American Operations
Mr. McCaskill is a former Special Agent with the US Drug Enforcement
Administration (DEA). He has extensive investigative experience conducting
complex investigations in the United States and Latin America. Mr.
McCaskill has also served several years as a member of a DEA Special Operations
Unit that provided teams of advisors to Central and South American
countries for the purpose of training and conducting anti-drug operations in
conjunction with host country law enforcement agencies. This included
operations against drug laboratories, clandestine airfields, maritime smuggling,
vehicle interdiction, and drug storage locations, as well as developing
actionable drug intelligence.
Mr. McCaskill holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina. He also served a tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Communications Officer, followed by several years as a police officer for the City of Irvine, California.
Wolfgang S. Boernert
Corporate Pilot
Mr. Boernert has a varied background in both fixed wing and rotor wing flight experience, flying aircraft from jets to seaplanes & helicopters. Flight experience background consists of VIP flights with high profile individuals, medivac operations, search & rescue and backup to local & state authorities for surveillance and reconnaissance. Additionally, Mr. Boernert is a personal protection specialist and has graduated several formal shooting schools.
Mr. Boernert is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he studied aviation technology & business management. As for his flight ratings, Mr. Boernert holds ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) Ratings and Commercial Instrument ratings in seaplanes and gliders. Additionally, Mr. Boernert is also a FAA certified instructor and has worked as a factory pilot instructor for the German helicopter manufacturer, MBB.
