Panasonic Voice Processing Systems can even automatically forward calls outside the office, and activate beepers when messages have been recorded. Message-storage capacity on either the KX-TVS75 or KX-TVS100 is six hours, with up to 64 password-protected voice mailboxes, that can hold 100 messages each. The new KX-TVS200 can store 32 hours of messages, with 1024 mailboxes.

Multi-Lingual/Multi-Functional
Callers can select from three languages, or specific languages can be assigned to specific incoming phone lines. You can record a message in your mailbox, to be delivered to any phone, anywhere, at a specified time; and set up Interview Service to record answers to as many as 10 questions. You can also use the system to record phone calls, and dispense information, such as business hours, travel directions, special prices, fax numbers and email addresses.
