Auto Attendant - Custom Service Menu

The auto attendant directs the call via caller's single digit  key stroke input.

The custom service menu #1 is the top menu of the auto attendant system.

The navigation control is programmed by the top level administrator via a computer terminal, however, the recording can be accomplished from any touch tone phone in the world.

Note: First Company Greeting is played then the Custom Service 1 is played.

Here is an example of a typical Custom Service 1 menu and its function:

If you know your parties extension, please enter it now....

Press 1 for Accounting Dials Accounting Department
Press 2 for Sales Dials Sales Department
Press 3 for Service Dials Service Department
Press 4 for Directions Plays Direction Information
Press 5 for Specials Plays Promotional Specials
Press 0 for operator Dials operator's Extension
Press # to Repeat this Menu Repeats this menu

The Custom Service menu can be programmed to do many features and is exactly it's name, it is custom.

We can chain several layers to create bulletin board services, Interview services, Polling, etc.
