Panasonic is distributing TABS call accounting software from MER. The software provides detailed data on each call made at each phone, including duration and cost. It can be used to allocate phone costs among people and departments, to monitor staff productivity, apply mark-ups and discounts, bill-back phone costs to clients, and reduce telephone abuse. The software can provide a variety of graphical and user-defined reports, to be viewed, printed, filed, or distributed via email.

Four different versions of the software are available:*

KX-TABS16 handles 16 phones, and is compatible with the KX-T61610, KX-T123211D, KX-TD816, and KX-TD1232 

KX-TABS32 handles up to 32 phones, and is compatible with the KX-TD123211D, KX-T816 and KX-TD1232.

KX-TABS80 handles up to 80 phones, and is compatible with the KX-TD1232 and KX-T336.

KX-TABS80J handles up to 80 phones, and is compatible with the KX-TD1232 and KX-T336. It includes a PC board with memory buffer and battery backup to store up to 1,100 call records even if the computer is off.
